Optimization Design of Particle Size Control in Coal Washing Process
The particle size control problem in coal washing process was analyzed and optimized.Firstly,the importance and practical significance of particle size control in coal washing process were introduced.Then,the concept and classification method of coal particle size were discussed.Finally,the necessity of controlling coal particle size was expounded,including the impact on product quality,process efficiency and coal mine environment.On this basis,the problems that need attention in the coal washing processing were analyzed,such as the nature of raw coal,equipment selection and process parameters.The particle size control measures in washing process were put forward,including physical separation,screening and flotation,and the application of other particle size control measures was explored.
