In the process of coal washing,the problems existing in the operation of coal washing equipment directly affect the effect of coal washing and production efficiency.Based on the analysis of the present situation of coal washing equipment,the existing problems of coal washing equipment such as heavy medium shallow tank separator,magnetic separator and flotation machine were discussed.To solve these problems,a series of solutions were put forward,including the establishment of quality control system,technical improvement and optimization,operation and maintenance management.Taking these measures can effectively solve the problems existing in the operation of coal washing equipment and improve the washing effect and production efficiency.
