As the speed of economic development continues to accelerate,the demand for coal in various enterprises is increasing.As the difficulty of mining increases,the risk of underground operation also increases gradually.In underground excavation work,the relevant workers should enhance the awareness of safety management to ensure the speed of coal mine excavation and the safety of underground workers.The problems existing in the safety management of excavation and the influencing factors of the excavation safety were analyzed,and the concrete measures for improving the safety management of coal mine excavation were put forward.
