With the increasing attention of the country to production safety,the use of liquid ammonia as denitrification reducing agent is more and more strictly regulated.It is necessary to change the supply of denitrification reducing agent from liquid ammonia to ammonia produced from urea.Due to the high base mass concentration of NOx,the large-capacity W flame boiler requires a large amount of ammonia.So a technical scheme of urea pyrolysis ammonia production in large-capacity W flame boiler was proposed.At the same time,in view of the problems exposed during the operation of the system,such as insufficient bypass regulation capacity of the gas-gas heat exchanger and impurities in the urea solution,corresponding design optimization was carried out,which can provide reference for the operation of coal-fired units using urea pyrolysis process.
