摘要

煤矿机械设备经过长时间使用会出现一定的损伤,对其进行高效探测具有重要的意义.磁粉检测技术是无损检测技术的1种,在煤矿机械设备探伤中被广泛应用.首先,分析了磁粉检测技术的原理;然后,探讨了该技术在煤矿机械设备检测中的应用,包括通风机叶片缺陷检测和液压杆磨损检测.可以为煤矿机械设备的检修提供一定的参考.

Abstract

Mechanical equipment in coal mines will have certain damage after a long time of use,and it is of great significance to detect the damage efficiently.Magnetic particle detection technology is a kind of non-destructive testing technology,which is widely used in flaw detection of mechanical equipment in coal mines.Firstly,the principle of magnetic particle detection technology was analyzed.Then,its application in flaw detection of mechanical equipment in coal mines was discussed,including fan blade defect detection and hydraulic rod wear detection.It can provide some reference for the maintenance of mechanical equipment in coal mines.
