摘要

柴沟煤矿是年产8Mt的高产高效矿井,计划回采的 1503工作面埋深 200~255 m,采厚超过 12 m,是典型的薄基岩巨厚煤层开采工作面,采动形成的导水裂隙带发育至地表.该工作面在雨季需穿越 1 条季节性河流——小南沟河,为防止洪水沿导水裂隙灌入井下,造成安全事故,通过分析工作面地表地形及水文地质情况,确定采取"岩移观测指导预填,工作面上游筑坝拦截+泄水孔分流"的综合防治水方案.该方案的实施顺利实现了季节性河流下巨厚煤层综放工作面的安全回采.

Abstract

Chaigou Coal Mine is a high-efficiency and high-yield coal mine with an annual output of 8 Mt.The 1503 working face planned to be mined has a buried depth of 200-255 m and the mining thickness of the coal seam exceeds 12 m.It is the working face of a typical giant thick coal seam under thin rock formation.The formed water-conducting fracture zone develops to the surface.The working face needs to pass under the seasonal river,Xiaonangou River,during the rainy season.In order to prevent the river flood from flowing into the well along the water-conducting fracture,resulting in a safety accident,through analysis of the surface topography and hydrogeology of the working face,the comprehensive water control plan of guiding pre-filling by rock movement observation,damming interception on the advanced position of the working face + diversion of the drainage hole"was adopted.The implementation of the scheme successfully realized the safe mining of the fully-mechanized caving face of giant thick coal seam under the seasonal river.
