摘要

针对南阳煤业 3#煤层厚度大、回采巷道断面大、支护困难等问题,采用理论分析、数值模拟的方法,确定了合理的巷道支护方案,并在 3302 轨道巷进行现场试验.对 3302 轨道巷巷道围岩变形量、顶板离层量及锚杆受力进行实时监测.现场监测数据显示,巷道围岩变形量不大,顶板无离层、失稳风险,锚杆受力状态良好,可有效约束巷道围岩变形.

Abstract

In response to the problems of large thickness,large cross-section of mining roadway,and difficult support in the 3#coal seam of Nanyang Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.,a reasonable roadway scheme was determined using theoretical analysis and numerical simulation methods.On-site test was conducted in 3302 track roadway.Through real-time monitoring of the deformation of the surrounding rock,roof separation and anchor force in 3302 track roadway.On-site monitoring data showed that the deformation of the surrounding rock of the roadway was not significant,there was no risk of roof separation or instability,and the anchor force was in good condition,which can effectively constrain the deformation of the surrounding rock in the roadway.
