摘要

矿山安全风险双重预防机制的意义在于保障矿山工作场所的安全,减少事故和伤害的发生.通过研究煤矿企业在风险分级管控和隐患排查治理方面存在的问题,实施全面的风险评估和控制措施,有效预防事故的发生.通过识别和管理潜在的安全隐患和风险因素,采取相应的预防措施,可以大大降低事故概率,保障员工的生命安全和财产安全.基于此,对矿山安全风险分级管控与事故隐患排查治理管理系统进行了设计和研究,希望有助于企业不断完善和优化安全管理体系,创建煤矿安全预防管理新模式.

Abstract

The significance of the dual prevention mechanism of mine safety risk lies in ensuring the safety of the mine workplace and reducing the occurrence of accidents and injuries.By studying the problems existing in hierarchical risk control and hidden danger investigation and management of coal mining enterprises,comprehensive risk assessment and control measures are implemented to effectively prevent accidents.By identifying and managing potential safety hazards and risk factors,and taking appropriate preventive measures,the probability of accidents can be greatly reduced to ensure the life and property safety of employees.Based on this,the mine safety hierarchical risk control and accident hazard investigation and management system was designed and researched,hoping to help enterprises constantly improve and optimize the safety management system and create a new model of coal mine safety prevention management.
