摘要
在能源环境政策由能耗双控向碳排放双控演变的宏观背景下,中国企业面临着环保压力与成本增加的挑战,不仅产品结构与市场受到影响,生产组织与管理模式的调整需求亦愈发迫切.为了提高自身对政策演变的适应性,企业应加大低碳技术研发和应用,实施清洁化改造,并主动承担社会责任,基于多项措施的综合实施为自身可持续发展目标的更好达成提供支持.
Abstract
Under the macro background of the evolution of energy and environmental policy from dual control of energy consumption to dual control of carbon emission,Chinese enterprises are facing the challenge of environmental protection pressure and cost increase.Not only the product structure and market are affected,but also the adjustment of production organization and management mode is becoming more and more urgent.In order to improve their adaptability to policy evolution,enterprises should increase the research,development and application of low-carbon technologies,implement clean transformation,and take the initiative to assume social responsibility,providing support for better achievement of their own sustainable development goals based on the comprehensive implementation of a number of measures.
