摘要

旨在研究电厂锅炉节能改造措施,以提高能源利用效率和减少环境影响.通过对电厂锅炉节能改造的重要性、影响因素和可行性措施进行深入分析,提出了一系列有效的改进建议.针对规格型号与运行参数、自动化程度、设备保温性能、经济因素和人员素质等影响因素,提出了引进先进的燃烧技术、完善余热回收系统、优化锅炉运行管理、清洁能源替代传统能源以及提高员工节能意识和技能水平等改造措施,以推进电厂锅炉节能工作.研究对电厂节能减排工作具有重要的指导意义.

Abstract

This paper aimed to study energy-saving renovation measures for power plant boilers,in order to improve energy utilization efficiency and reduce environmental impact.Through in-depth analysis of the importance,influencing factors,and feasible measures for energy-saving renovation of power plant boilers,a series of effective improvement suggestions were proposed.In response to factors such as specifications and operating parameters,automation level,equipment insulation performance,economic factors,and personnel quality,renovation measures were proposed to promote energy-saving work in power plant boilers,including introducing advanced combustion technology,improving waste heat recovery systems,optimizing boiler operation management,replacing traditional energy with clean energy,and improving employee energy-saving awareness and skill level.The research has important guiding significance for energy conservation and emission reduction in power plants.
