摘要

作为现代工业生产不可或缺的能源之一,煤炭扮演着重要的角色.在煤炭采掘活动中,井下掘进机电设备会消耗大量的能源.为了响应国家绿色开采和节能减排的号召,应采取措施降低能耗.煤矿井下掘进机电设备的节能研究已成为当下煤矿企业关注的重点,对高质量生产有着十分重要的理论和实践意义.在煤矿掘进机电设备中,电力变压器、煤炭输送机和电动机能耗较大,因此,针对这3种机电设备进行了研究,并提出可行的节能措施,希望对同行业有所帮助.

Abstract

As one of the indispensable energy sources in modern industrial production,coal plays an important role.In coal mining activities,underground excavation electromechanical equipment consumes a large amount of energy.In response to the national call for green mining and energy conservation and emission reduction,measures should be taken to reduce energy consumption.The energy-saving research of underground excavation electromechanical equipment in coal mines has become a focus of attention for coal mining enterprises,which has significant theoretical and practical significance for high-quality production.In coal mine excavation electromechanical equipment,power transformer,coal conveyor,and motor consume a lot of energy.Therefore,this paper conducted research on these three types of electromechanical equipment and proposed feasible energy-saving measures,hoping to be helpful to the same industry.
