Maintenance and Safety Management of Shearers in Coal Mines
The shearer is one of the important equipment in coal mine production,and its maintenance and safety management are of great significance for ensuring the safety and efficiency of coal mine production.This paper mainly studied the maintenance methods and safety management measures of shearers in coal mines.By analyzing common faults of shearers,including electrical faults,mechanical faults,and hydraulic system faults,the causes and characteristics of the faults were revealed.The maintenance methods of common faults of shearers were discussed,including fault diagnosis,replacement and maintenance of parts,mechanical adjustment and repair,and maintenance and repair of hydraulic system.Finally,the safety management measures of shearers were put forward,including personnel training and awareness enhancement,safety equipment configuration and monitoring,development of operation standards and operation process,supervision and management.The research can provide scientific and feasible suggestions for the maintenance and safety management of coal mine shearers.
