Maintenance Management Mode of Coal Mine Electromechanical Equipment
The importance of electromechanical equipment maintenance mode in coal mines and the technical problems existing in maintenance management were discussed.In modern coal mine production,the maintenance management of electromechanical equipment directly affects production efficiency and safe operation.By analyzing the post failure maintenance mode,phased maintenance mode,and preventive maintenance mode,key technical problems in the maintenance management of coal mine electromechanical equipment were proposed,including poor information transmission and communication,and low technical level of maintenance personnel.In order to improve the maintenance management level of coal mine electromechanical equipment,measures were proposed,including training and technical improvement of maintenance personnel,application of maintenance management software,improvement of maintenance management processes,and promotion of intelligent monitoring technology.These measures help to improve the maintenance efficiency and management level of coal mine electromechanical equipment,ensuring the continuous and stable production of coal mines.
