大采高工作面过空巷围岩控制技术研究

针对大采高工作面过空巷围岩难以控制的问题,以王坡煤矿 2307 工作面地质条件为背景,采用现场试验方法,根据横川内顶板完好情况,设计了顶板补强加固与全部充填法 2 种过空巷围岩控制方案,并对具体施工参数进行了确定.根据工作面回采期间矿压显现情况,工作面与横川贯通后,顶底板变形量最大达到 302 mm,两帮变形量最大达到428 mm,横川内无冒顶现象出现,并且随着工作面与横川距离的缩短,工作面来压时的工作阻力呈现增大趋势.
Control Technology of Surrounding Rock in Large Mining Height Working Face Passing through Deserted Roadways
In response to the problem of difficult control of the surrounding rock of the large mining height working face passing through deserted roadways,taking the geological conditions of the 2307 working face of Wangpo Coal Mine as the background,two schemes of roof reinforcement and full filling method were designed for passing through deserted roadways by adopting on-site testing methods based on the intact condition of the roof in crosscut,and the specific construction parameters were determined.According to the appearance of ore pressure during the mining process of the working face,after the working face was connected to the crosscut,the maximum deformation of the roof and floor reached 302 mm,the maximum deformation of the two sides reached 428 mm,there was no roof falling phenomenon in the crosscut,and as the distance between the working face and the crosscut decreased,the working resistance during the pressure of the working face showed an increasing trend.
