以山西A矿 5302 综采工作面回采过空巷为工程背景,为实现采面安全高效回采,结合空巷分布位置、支护方式、围岩岩性、采面矿压显现等情况,针对性提出空巷补强加固方案及安全技术措施.工程应用结果表明:采用锚索+W钢带+架棚补强支护顶板,采用玻璃钢锚杆补强支护巷帮,同时在局部破碎围岩进行注浆加固,可显著提升空巷围岩稳定性;综采面调斜、等压可缩小一次揭露空巷范围,确保空巷处于全负压通风范围中,避免揭露空巷期间出现老顶周期来压问题;采用底板贯通方式揭露空巷,避免采煤机截割空巷顶板锚杆、锚索、W钢带等金属物而导致顶板失稳.工程应用后,采面过空巷期间可保持 4.8 m/d的推进速度,期间未出现矿压异常、空巷围岩变形量大等问题,表明现场采用的过空巷技术效果显著.
Technology for fully-mechanized Mining Face Passing Through Deserted Roadways Rapidly
Based on the engineering background of 5302 fully-mechanized mining face of A Mine in Shanxi passing through deserted roadways,in order to realize the safe and efficient mining of the mining face,according to the distribution location of the deserted roadways,support mode,surrounding rock lithology,strata behaviors of mining face,etc.,the strengthening measures and safety measures for the deserted roadways were put forward.The results of engineering application show that the stability of deserted roadway surrounding rock can be significantly improved by using anchor cable +W steel belt + frame reinforcement support of roof,FRP anchor reinforcement support of roadway wall,and grouting reinforcement in local broken surrounding rock.Slope adjustment and waiting for pressure of fully-mechanized mining face can reduce the range of once exposing deserted roadways,ensure that the deserted roadways in the full negative pressure ventilation scope,and avoid the problem of old roof period pressure during the exposing of deserted roadways;the floor penetration method was used to expose deserted roadways,and avoid shearer cutting metal materials such as bolt,anchor cable and W steel belt of deserted roadway,which will cause roof instability.After engineering application,the advancing speed of mining face can be maintained at 4.8 m/d during the period of passing through deserted roadways,and there were no problems such as abnormal mine pressure and large deformation of surrounding rock of deserted roadways,which indicates that the technology adopted on site has remarkable effect.
