Abstract
Coal mining engineering has always been the focus of coal industry,because its construction is more complex,often accompanied by high risk.The quality and safety of coal mining engineering are related to the life safety of operators and the efficient exploitation of coal resources.In the coal industry,technical factors are both a source of potential risk and a guarantee of quality and safety.The technical factors affecting the quality and safety of underground coal mining engineering and the corresponding technical measures were discussed,to ensure that the coal mining engineering can be carried out smoothly under the dual guarantee of high quality and safety.
