Advance Support Technology of Anchorage Injection Reinforcement in Mining Roadway
Aiming at the low support efficiency of mining roadway under complex geological conditions in Yongdingzhuang Coal Mine, taking 8203 working face of the mine as the engineering background,a support scheme using grouting anchor cable instead of hydraulic prop was designed, and the vertical stress of roadway under different pretightening force and row spacing of anchor cable was analyzed by numerical simulation. Thus, the optimum cable pretightening force of 150 kN and the optimum row spacing of 1 800 mm×900 mm were given.Through the field application,it was found that the maximum force of the grouting anchor cable support was less than 100 kN,which was within the safe and reasonable range. Therefore, the advance support scheme of anchorage injection reinforcement is feasible and can provide reference for the support of roadways under similar geological conditions.
