负压诱导除尘系统在小保当选煤厂的应用

摘要
选煤厂生产过程中,易产生大量煤尘,不仅会污染环境,还会对工作人员的健康造成威胁.针对小保当选煤厂难以有效治理煤尘的问题,提出采用负压诱导除尘系统来解决煤尘污染问题.通过实验验证和实际运行应用,发现负压诱导除尘系统的除尘效果显著,治理效率高,运行稳定,具有较高的实用价值.
Abstract
During the production process of coal preparation plants,a large amount of coal dust is easily generated,which not only pollutes the environment but also poses a threat to the health of workers.In response to the difficulty of effectively controlling coal dust in Xiaobaodang Coal Preparation Plant,a negative pressure induced dust removal system was proposed to solve the problem of coal dust pollution.Through experimental verification and practical operation,it is found that the negative pressure induced dust removal system has a significant dust removal effect,high treatment efficiency,stable operation,and high practical value.
