摘要
刮板输送机是一种运输设备.由于煤矿地质条件复杂,并且运输强度大,刮板输送机在运行时经常出现各种故障,引起一系列安全事故,给煤矿企业造成一定的损失.重点分析了刮板输送机的常见故障,并针对这些故障提出了有效的改进措施,以降低故障发生概率,提高设备运转效率,并延长设备使用年限,为煤矿创造更好的经济效益.
Abstract
Scraper conveyor is a type of transportation equipment.Due to the complex geological conditions in coal mines and the high intensity of transportation,various faults often occur during the operation of scraper conveyors,causing a series of safety accidents and causing certain losses to coal mine enterprises.This paper focused on analyzing common faults of scraper conveyors and proposed effective improvement measures to reduce the probability of faults,improve equipment operation efficiency,and extend the service life of equipment,creating better economic benefits for coal mines.
