Application of Ultrasonic Wave in Flaw Detection of Coal Mine Machinery and Equipment
The flaw detection of coal mine machinery and equipment is very important for the safety of coal mine production.The appearance of non-destructive detection technology greatly facilitates the equipment to detect the flaw,and ultrasonic wave is an important one.Firstly,the principle of ultrasonic wave flaw detection was analyzed.Secondly,the specific application of ultrasonic wave in the flaw detection of coal mine machinery and equipment was discussed,which was mainly reflected in the qualification inspection of bearing parts and the quality inspection of welding parts.It can provide some reference for the flaw detection of coal mine machinery and equipment.
