综采工作面底抽巷穿层钻孔瓦斯抽采技术应用

为避免巷道掘进过程中瓦斯超限,以大平煤矿 3115 工作面地质条件为背景,采用现场试验方法,对底抽巷穿层钻孔瓦斯抽采技术应用进行了研究.设计了瓦斯抽采钻孔参数以及抽采系统布置方案,根据 5 组穿层钻孔数据对瓦斯抽采效果进行了分析.钻孔平均瓦斯抽采纯量达到 0.340 m3/min,平均瓦斯体积分数达到 60%以上,并且 3115 工作面巷道煤层残存瓦斯含量远小于 8 m3/t,煤层瓦斯抽采效果较好.
Application of Gas Extraction Technology through Layer Drilling in Floor Drainage Roadway of Fully Mechanized Mining Face
In order to avoid gas exceeding the limit during roadway excavation,based on the geological conditions of the 3115 working face in Daping Coal Mine,the gas extraction technology application of the floor drainage roadway through layer drilling was studied by using the on-site testing method.The gas extraction drilling parameters and the layout plan of the extraction system were designed,and the gas extraction effect was analyzed based on 5 sets of cross layer drilling data.The average gas extraction net amount of the drilling hole reached 0.340 m3/min,the average gas volume fraction reached over 60%,and the residual gas content in the coal seam of the 3115 working face roadway was much less than 8 m3/t.The coal seam gas extraction effect was good.
