唐山沟煤业复合顶板巷道快速掘进及支护应用研究

摘要
为提高唐山沟煤矿 1120 西 3 条大巷的掘进速度,以唐山沟煤矿 1120 西水平轨道巷为研究对象,在综合研究该巷道工程地质条件及原有巷道支护情况的基础上,分析并确定了影响该巷道掘进速度的主要因素,并有针对性地提出了基于锚杆锚索联合支护的优化方案.应用FLAC3D数值模拟分析技术验证了方案的可行性,并进行了现场工程试验.现场应用结果表明,采用锚杆锚索联合支护技术能够实现巷道的安全快速掘进.
Abstract
In order to improve the excavation speed of three main roadways of 1120 west in Tangshangou Coal Mine,the horizontal track roadway of 1120 west in Tangshangou Coal Mine was taken as the research object.Based on a comprehensive study of the engineering geological conditions of the roadway and the original roadway support situation,the main factors affecting the excavation speed of the roadway were analyzed and determined.A targeted optimization scheme based on anchor rod and cable combined support was proposed.The feasibility of the scheme was verified using FLAC3D numerical simulation analysis technology,and on-site engineering tests were conducted.The on-site application results show that the use of anchor rod and cable combined support technology can achieve safe and rapid excavation of roadways.
