Application of Grouting Technology in Fault Fracture Zone
During the excavation process of coal mine roadways,geological structures are often exposed,leading to situations such as roof fragmentation,wall caving,and floor bulging.When the roof is severely fractured,the top coal cannot be retained.By grouting reinforcement,the roof can be effectively controlled and stabilized.Taking Nanyangpo Coal Mine in Shanxi Province as the research background,the technology of treating fractured roof was studied using methods such as injection reinforcement materials.The research has shown that the effect of injecting reinforcement materials and strengthening support is good,and the selected method can effectively enhance the stability of the roof,thereby accelerating the excavation speed and ensuring the orderly connection of the working face.The research can provide valuable experience for roof management and theoretical basis for the treatment of roof fragmentation in the industry.
