A公司科技园项目中深层地热供热技术方案研究

项目供热面积约 1.14×105 m2,总热负荷 7 000 kW,采用中深层地热供热,平均热负荷为 4 859.09 kW,项目年耗热量为 62 959.68 GJ.热源为 1 口水热型地热井,按照"一采一灌、同层回灌、取热不耗水"的模式进行建设,配套回灌井 1 口.利用中深层地热水作为供热热源,冬季提供 45℃/40℃采暖循环水,采用"板换直供+热泵机组调峰"的方式为项目供热.按照 30年运行期测算,中深层地热方案相比于天然气锅炉方案可节省费用 1.127 738×108 元.
Medium and Deep Geothermal Heating Technology Program of A Company's Science and Technology Park Project
The heating area of the project is about 1.14×105 m2,with a total heat load of 7 000 kW,adopting medium and deep geothermal heating,with an average heat load of 4 859.09 kW,and the annual heat consumption of the project is 62 959.68 GJ.The heat source is a water-heated geothermal well,and it is constructed in accordance with the mode of"one mining and one irrigation,rechargeable in the same layer,and heat extraction without water consumption",with one supporting reinjection well.It utilizes the medium and deep geothermal water as the heating heat source,provides 45℃/40℃heating circulating water in winter,and adopts the method of"plate exchange direct supply+heat pump unit peak adjustment"to supply heating for the project.According to the calculation of 30-year operation period,the medium and deep geothermal program can save 1.127 738×108 yuan compared with the natural gas boiler program.
