风电混塔新技术的研究应用

在可持续发展中,风电建设项目的数量不断增加,需要关注风电混塔新技术的应用,不断提高塔身高度,增加发电效益,提升高塔架安全性.以传统的钢结构塔架应用为例,受到风脉动、风剪切、共振和塔影效应等方面的影响,塔架稳定性较低.为此,基于实际风电混塔的工程,提出了分段直塔筒全预应力的混凝土塔架技术,并从钢混塔架基础处理、部件预制、构件连接等方面进行分析.讨论了该技术在安全性、发电量等方面的价值,并进行了实际应用.结果证明,该技术能提高风电项目的综合价值,降低发电成本.
Research and Application of New Technologies for Wind Power Mixing Towers
In sustainable development,the number of wind power construction projects is constantly increasing,and it is necessary to pay attention to the application of new technologies for wind power hybrid towers,continuously improve the tower height,increase power generation efficiency,and enhance the safety of high towers.Taking traditional steel structure tower applications as an example,tower stability is relatively low due to factors such as wind pulsation,wind shear,resonance,and tower shadow effects.Therefore,based on the actual engineering of wind power mixing towers,this paper proposed a segmented straight tower fully prestressed concrete tower technology,and analyzed it from the aspects of steel concrete tower foundation treatment,component prefabrication,and component connection.It discussed the value of this technology in terms of safety,power generation,and practical applications.The results show that this technology can improve the comprehensive value of wind power projects and reduce power generation costs.
