摘要

煤矿开采过程中使用了大量的机电设备,保证这些设备安全高效运行十分重要,这主要通过设备管理来实现.随着信息化时代的到来,煤矿机电设备管理基本实现了信息化.分析了机电设备信息化管理的优势,主要有效率高、安全性高和操作更加简单;探讨了机电设备信息化管理的关键技术,主要有故障诊断技术、数字孪生技术、信息传输技术和AI图像处理技术等.研究可以为煤矿机电设备的信息化管理提供一定的参考.

Abstract

A large amount of electromechanical equipment are used in the coal mining process,and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of these equipment is crucial,mainly relying on the management of electromechanical equipment.With the advent of the information age,the management of coal mine electromechanical equipment has also basically achieved informatization.This paper analyzed the advantages of information management of electromechanical equipment,including high efficiency,high safety,and simpler operation;it explored the key technologies of information management for electromechanical equipment,including fault diagnosis technology,digital twin technology,information transmission technology,and AI image processing technology.Research can provide a certain reference for the information management of coal mine electromechanical equipment.
