摘要

基于现有采煤机同步牵引控制系统存在的不足,对一种优化设计方案进行探讨.具体采煤机同步牵引控制系统改进优化中引入交叉耦合同步控制思想.结合现有采煤机同步牵引控制系统控制方式,介绍一种新型功率平衡同步牵引调节控制方案,并形成优化后的采煤机同步牵引控制系统.为验证该系统应用的可行性,分别采用仿真分析法和工程应用法对优化后的系统进行综合分析,确认采用优化后系统实施控制,可有效改善采煤机同步牵引控制精度.

Abstract

Based on the shortcomings of the existing synchronous traction control system of shearer,an optimized design scheme was discussed.In the improvement and optimization of synchronous traction control system of shearer,the idea of cross-coupling synchronous control was introduced.Combined with the existing shearer synchronous traction control system control mode,a new power balance synchronous traction control scheme was introduced,and an optimized synchronous traction control system of shearer was formed.In order to verify the feasibility of the application of the system,simulation analysis method and engineering application method were used to conduct comprehensive analysis of the optimized system,which confirmed that control with the optimized system can effectively improve the synchronous traction control accuracy of shearer.
