In today's energy crisis and increasing attention to environmental protection,it is crucial for metallurgical enterprises to innovate and optimize low-grade waste heat recovery technologies.This paper provided an overview of the current situation of waste heat recovery in the metallurgical industry,the necessity of technological innovation,and the potential for optimizing design.It explored the limitations of existing low-grade waste heat recovery technologies and proposed a series of innovative paths,including the development of efficient heat exchangers,cascade utilization schemes,and the application of energy-saving materials.At the same time,it also conducted optimization analysis on the waste heat recovery system,covering design,operation parameter adjustment,and energy efficiency evaluation methods.In addition,this paper analyzed the economic and environmental benefits brought by optimizing technology,and considered the impact of policy and market factors on technology application,in order to provide theoretical guidance and strategic framework for energy conservation and emission reduction in the metallurgical industry,and promote the efficient utilization of low-grade waste heat.
