近年来,随着技术的发展以及人们对绿色、低碳生产理念的追求,通过技术手段实现筒仓局部通风机的节能降噪成为研究热点.优化筒仓通风机的设计,减少能源浪费和环境污染,不仅可以提高煤矿的经济效益,还可以为矿工提供一个更为舒适和安全的工作环境.主要探讨了局部通风机的工作原理,同时针对其实际运行中存在的高能耗和噪声问题,探讨了变频技术、优化设计和采用节能材料等节能技术,以及采用吸声材料、采用隔音罩和动平衡技术等降噪技术,旨在为煤矿筒仓局部通风机节能降噪改造提供一定的思路.
Energy Saving and Noise Reduction Technology for Local Fan of Coal Mine Silo
In recent years,with the development of technology and people's pursuit of green and low-carbon production concepts,how to achieve energy saving and noise reduction of silo local fan through technical means has become a hot research topic.Optimizing the design of silo fan to reduce energy waste and environmental pollution can not only improve the economic benefits of coal mines,but also provide a more comfortable and safe working environment for miners.The working principle of local ventilator was mainly discussed,at the same time,in view of the problems of high energy consumption and noise in actual operation,energy saving technology such as frequency conversion technology,optimization design and the use of energy-saving materials were introduced,and noise reduction technology such as applying sound absorbing materials,applying sound insulation enclosures and dynamic balance technology were introduced.The aim is to provide some ideas for the transformation of the local fan of coal mine silo for energy saving and noise reduction.
