Application of Energy-saving Design Concept in Coal Mine Machinery Manufacturing and Automation
It was mainly studied that how to apply energy-saving design concept to improve energy utilization efficiency in the field of coal mine machinery manufacturing and automation.Firstly,it was analyzed that how to achieve energy saving in coal mine machinery manufacturing by splitting and optimizing the structure of mechanical equipment and reducing the inertia of mechanical inertia;then,it was discussed that how to improve the efficiency of automatic operation in coal mine automation by using variable frequency speed regulation technology and energy saving technology.It is expected that the application of the methods can improve the performance of coal mine machinery,reduce the operating cost,and promote the sustainable development of coal industry.
