Taking the ventilation requirements of A Coal Mine as an example,the development scheme of an intelligent control system for local fans in coal mines was introduced.The system is composed of six modules:ventilation module,fan data acquisition and control device,mine intrinsic safety type wire division device,mine intrinsic safety type switch,mine intrinsic safety type computer and sensor.By monitoring the operation status and environment of the field ventilator,the system automatically controls the field ventilator under the action of the corresponding control logic,ensuring that the ventilation volume meets the requirements of underground operation and reducing the energy consumption of the ventilation system.Through practical application analysis,it can be seen that compared with before the system was adopted,the energy saving rate of the fan reached more than 30%,and the system can be applied on a large scale.
