摘要

以MG1100/3030-GWD型采煤机为例,介绍了 1 种采煤机自适应截割及跟踪控制系统.该系统由截割系统及截割跟踪控制模型2部分组成,其中,截割系统主要根据作业面具体情况,自动对采煤机运行轨迹、姿态、所处位置等进行调整,而截割跟踪控制模型主要对整个截割过程进行监测与控制.在 2 个模块的共同作用下,采煤机可以安全、稳定地运行,实现了煤炭的高效生产.

Abstract

Taking MG1100/3030-GWD shearers as an example,an adaptive cutting and tracking control system for the shearers was introduced.The system consists of the cutting system and the cutting tracking control model.Among them,the cutting system automatically adjusts the running track,attitude and position of the shearer according to the specific conditions of the working surface,while the cutting tracking control model mainly monitors and controls the whole cutting process.Under the joint action of the two modules,the shearer can operate safely and stably,and realize the efficient production of coal.
