为进一步探究如何提升煤巷快速掘进作业的质量,以山西A矿 2104 工作面为研究对象,针对其在煤巷快速掘进过程中出现的巷道变形量较高的问题,应用数值模拟分析方法对其进行分析,制定了掘进工艺参数的优化策略.并在此基础上,通过已有经验及相关理论,对掘进工艺中的煤岩截割方案和支护方案及其相关参数进行了针对性的优化设计.结果表明,优化后的掘进工艺在降低煤巷变形方面上取得了良好的成绩,具有一定的应用价值.
Factors Affecting Rapid Excavation of Coal Roadways and Optimization of Excavation Technology
In order to further explore how to improve the quality of rapid excavation work in coal roadways,2104 working face of A Mine in Shanxi Province was taken as the research object.In response to the problem of high deformation of the tunnel during the rapid excavation process in coal roadways,the numerical simulation analysis method was applied to analyze the reasons for this problem,and optimization strategies for excavation process parameters were formulated.On this basis,targeted optimization design was carried out on the coal rock cutting and support schemes and their related parameters in the excavation process through existing experience and relevant theories.The results indicate that the optimized excavation process has achieved good results in reducing coal roadway deformation and has certain application value.
