摘要

针对古城煤矿现有掘进切割工艺,介绍了 1 种煤巷快速掘进改进工艺设计方案.该方案以原掘进切割工艺的具体情况为基础,结合煤矿领域现有掘进技术水平,设计出了多种不同的掘进切割方案,然后利用有限元分析软件分别对各种方案在实际中的应用效果进行模拟分析,并通过对比模拟分析结果,以此确定出最终的掘进切割方案.应用该改进工艺,不仅可以提升煤巷掘进速度,而且还可以提高井下作业的安全性,具有一定的应用价值.

Abstract

Taking the existing excavation and cutting technology of Gucheng Coal Mine as an example,a design scheme of improved technology for rapid excavation of coal roadways was introduced.Various excavation and cutting schemes were designed based on the specific situation of the original excavation and cutting technology and combined with the level of excavation technology in the coal mine field.Then,finite element analysis software was used to simulate and analyze the application effects of each scheme in practice.By comparing the simulation analysis results,the final excavation and cutting scheme was determined.The application of the improved technology can not only improve the excavation speed of coal roadways,but also improve the safety of underground operations.It is confirmed that the improved technology is of certain application value.
