摘要

研究浅埋深大断面半煤岩巷快速掘进支护技术对薄及中厚煤层的安全高效回采具有重要意义.以布尔台矿12203 主运顺槽掘进工作面为研究对象,采用理论分析、工程类比和现场应用等方法,对巷道支护方式和支护设计原则进行了分析,提出了巷道围岩支护设计方案.针对巷道围岩变形(顶板下沉和两帮收敛)情况,验证了支护设计方案的有效性和可行性,提高了矿井的安全高效生产,同时也为其他煤矿的浅埋深大断面半煤岩巷的支护提供了技术方案.

Abstract

The study of rapid excavation support technology of half coal rock roadway with shallow burial depth and large section plays an important role in the safe and efficient recovery of thin and mdium-thick coal seams.Taking 12203 main transportation gateway excavation working face of Buetai Coal Mine as the research object,theoretical analysis,engineering analogy,and on-site application methods were used to analyze the tunnel support methods and design principles,and a design scheme for tunnel surrounding rock support was proposed.In response to the deformation of the surrounding rock of the roadway(roof subsidence and convergence of the two sides),the effectiveness and feasibility of the support design scheme was verified,which improves the safety and efficiency of production in the mine.At the same time,it also provides technical solutions for the support of half coal rock roadway with shallow burial depth and large section in other coal mines.
