井下通风条件符合煤矿安全规程的要求,不仅可以为井下工作人员提供充足的新鲜空气和良好的气候条件,还可以冲淡和排除煤矿瓦斯等有毒、有害气体及浮游粉尘,瓦斯、煤尘和火灾都不会随意"兴妖作怪".所以,"一通三防"便成为煤矿安全生产的重中之重.寺河煤矿的 5306 综采工作面采用的是一次性采全高大采高采煤工艺,单产产量高,生产强度大,综采工作面在生产期间的瓦斯绝对涌出量高,极容易造成瓦斯超限问题,"三防"问题非常突出.论述了矿井通风的基本任务和重要性,强调了通风设施的技术要求,详细叙述了寺河矿 5306 工作面的通风技术改进试验的过程,并对改进结果进行了检查分析.
"One Ventilation and Three Preventions"and Improvement of Ventilation Technology in Fully Mechanized Coal Mining Face with High Mining Height
The underground ventilation conditions meet the requirements of coal mine safety regulations,which can not only provide sufficient fresh air and good climate conditions for underground workers,but also dilute and eliminate toxic and harmful gases such as coal mine gas,as well as floating dust.Gas,coal dust,and fires will not cause trouble casually.So,"one ventilation and three preventions"have become the top priority of coal mine safety production.The 5306 fully mechanized mining face of Sihe Coal Mine adopts a one-time full height coal mining process,which has a high yield per unit and high production intensity.The absolute gas emission from the fully mechanized mining face during production is high,which is very easy to cause gas exceeding the limit,and the three-prevention problems are very prominent.In this paper,the basic tasks and importance of mine ventilation were discussed,the technical requirements of ventilation facilities were emphasized,the process of improving ventilation technology in 5306 working face of Sihe Coal Mine was described in detail,and the improvement results were checked and analyzed.
