Difficulties in Particle Size Control during Coal Washing and Processing and Their Solutions
In the process of gradually advancing China's coal industry,the coal washing methods are constantly changing.However,the difficulties in particle size control have always plagued coal mining enterprises in the coal washing and processing process.Therefore,it is necessary to increase practical research efforts and explore effective particle size control measures in order to improve production quality.This paper analyzed the importance of particle size control in coal washing and processing,explored the difficulties of particle size control in actual processing,and proposed effective measures to solve the difficulties of particle size control,including clarifying particle size control standards,selecting appropriate crushing equipment,strengthening technological innovation,implementing coal particle size classification and control,and strengthening quality control of impurity removal processes,aiming to provide guarantees for coal washing and processing.
