摘要

为有效控制 3205 综采工作面回撤通道围岩变形,通过理论分析确定了回撤通道与采面间煤柱的失稳宽度,同时基于工程类比方式制定了回撤通道围岩控制技术方案.回撤通道掘进时采用锚网索联合支护方式,与采面间距为 60m时采用"架棚(一梁两柱、棚距 1 600 mm)+贯通侧煤帮注浆"方式进行补强,在与回撤通道间距为 5.25 m时,采用让压等压措施,同时在采面与回撤通道贯通时通过铺网、调整支护方式确保回撤通道围岩的稳定性.工程应用后,采面末采期间回撤通道围岩始终保持稳定,与采面贯通时回撤通道顶底板、两帮最大移近量分别为 152、96 mm,围岩变形量较小,可满足采面设备高效回撤需要.

Abstract

In order to effectively control the deformation of surrounding rock in the withdrawal channel of 3205 fully-mechanized mining face,the instability width of coal pillar between the withdrawal channel and the mining face was determined by theoretical analysis,and the surrounding rock control technology scheme of the withdrawal channel was developed based on engineering analogy.When the withdrawal channel was excavated,the combined support of anchor net and cable was adopted.When the distance between the channel and the mining face was 60 m,the shed(one beam and two columns,the distance between the sheds was 1 600 mm)and the through-side coal wall grouting were adopted for reinforcement.When the distance between the channel and the the mining face was 5.25 m,the yield pressure measures were adopted.At the same time,the stability of the surrounding rock of the withdrawal channel can be ensured by laying nets and adjusting supporting methods when the mining face was connected with the withdrawal channel.After engineering application,the surrounding rock of the withdrawal channel was always stable during the final mining of the mining face,and the maximum displacement of the roof and floor of the withdrawal channel and the two sides were 152 mm and 96 mm respectively when the mining face was connected,and the deformation of the surrounding rock was small,which can meet the need of efficient withdrawal of mining face equipment.
