对当前市场上已公布的超前支架进行研究分析,可以发现这些支架的设计、选型和生产主要是为了应对围岩的剧烈变化、高矿压和较低的保护力.因此,这类支架通常具有较重的质量、较大的体积、较高的保护力和较小的灵活性,应用局限于良好的巷道环境,而对于地质状况相对复杂的巷道,其应用范围会受到限制.因此,提出了一种全新的弱支护和强防护的支架设计方案,创新设计一种新型机载式的预先临时支架.
Application Practice of Temporary Support Structure for Rapid Excavation of Coal Mine Roadways
Based on the research and analysis of the application of advanced supports that have been announced in the current market,it can be found that the design,selection,and production of these supports are mainly to cope with the drastic changes in surrounding rock,high mining pressure,and low protective force.Therefore,these types of supports usually have heavier weight,larger volume,higher protection force,and smaller flexibility,their application is limited to good tunnel environments,and for tunnels with relatively complex geological conditions,their application scope will be limited.Therefore,a new support design scheme for weak support and strong protection was proposed,and a new type of airborne pre-temporary support was innovatively designed.
