摘要

为减少带式输送机底部积煤量、输送带黏附煤量,矿井一般在带式输送机上配备清煤装置,但是受清煤装置工作效率、带式输送机长期高负载运行等多因素影响,带式输送机底部仍会出现积煤,而常规的人工清理方式存在安全风险大、工作环境差及劳动强度高等问题.为此,以山西A矿 13503 综采工作面运输巷DTL 120/150/2×315 型带式输送机为研究对象,构建一种带式输送机底煤清理装置,对清理装置机械结构组成、控制方式等进行详细设计,并探讨了其工程应用效果.结果表明,设计的底煤清理装置运行平稳,清煤效率较高,可显著减少井下清煤工数量,降低清煤工劳动强度,应用效果突出.

Abstract

In order to reduce the amount of coal accumulation at the bottom of the belt conveyors and the amount of coal attached to the conveyor belts,mines are generally equipped with a coal cleaning device on belt conveyors.However,affected by multiple factors such as the working efficiency of the coal cleaning device and the long-term high load operation of the belt conveyors,coal accumulation still occurs at the bottom of the belt conveyors.However,the conventional manual cleaning method has problems such as large safety risks,poor work environment and high labor intensity.To this end,taking DTL 120/150/2×315 belt conveyor in 13503 fully-mechanized mining face of Shanxi A Mine as the research object,a belt conveyor bottom coal cleaning device was constructed,the mechanical structure and control mode of the cleaning device were designed in detail,and its engineering application effect was discussed.The results showed that the designed bottom coal cleaning device run smoothly,the efficiency of coal cleaning was high,the number and the labor intensity of underground coal cleaning workers can be significantly reduced,and the application effect was outstanding.
