掘进机智能化控制系统改造的实践研究

煤矿井下的巷道掘进工艺经历了从炮掘到机掘,从机械化到自动化的发展,但中国综掘机的智能化水平和技术水平仍存在很多短板.其中,悬臂式掘进机的智能化程度较低,造成综掘机与工作面其他设备的智能化应用水平低下,施工作业繁重,存在安全隐患等问题.为此,大阳煤矿决定对三采区大巷煤柱工作面开展智能化改造,投入使用EBZ160i型掘进机.该掘进机可实现远程智能操控,同时在地上能实时监控掘进机及迎头情况,依托智能遥感等技术使巷道断面自动成形.投产后,可大幅提升巷道掘进工作的智能化和机械化水平,单进水平可提至 290 m/月,工作人员缩减至少 50%,减人增效的效果显著.
Practical Research on Transformation of Intelligent Control System for Tunneling Machines
The tunnel excavation technology in coal mines has gone through a development from blasting to mechanical excavation,and from mechanization to automation.However,there are still many shortcomings in the intelligence and technical level of comprehensive excavation machines in China.Among them,the intelligence level of the boom-type roadheader is relatively low,resulting in a low level of intelligent application of the comprehensive tunneling machine and other equipment in the working face,heavy construction operations,and safety hazards.Therefore,Dayang Coal Mine had decided to carry out intelligent transformation of the coal pillar working face in No.3 mining area and put the EBZ160i tunneling machine into use.This tunneling machine can achieve remote intelligent control,and at the same time,it can monitor the tunneling machine and heading situation in real time on the ground,relying on intelligent remote sensing technology to automatically shape the tunnel section.After production,the intelligence and mechanization level of tunnel excavation work can be significantly improved,with a single entry level of 290 m per month and a reduction of at least 50%in staff,resulting in a significant reduction in personnel and efficiency.
