摘要

对原煤细粒的筛分工艺存在的问题进行分析与总结.分析发现了 13 mm粒级原煤筛分的难点与效率低下的原因.通过研究,采用UFDB 30100 直线振动香蕉型弛张筛进行干法脱粉,对筛分工艺进行优化处理,从而提高筛分效率,节省细粒煤筛分过程的能源消耗,降低煤泥含量通过率,同时增加了原煤细粒筛分的经济效益.

Abstract

The problems in the screening process of fine coal particles were analyzed and summarized.The difficulties and reasons for low efficiency in screening 13 mm sized raw coal were analyzed and discovered.Through research,UFDB 30100 linear vibration banana type relaxation screen was used for dry powder removal,and the screening process was optimized to improve screening efficiency,save energy consumption in the fine coal screening process,reduce coal slurry content pass rate,and increase the economic benefits of fine coal screening.
