Optimization and Application of Technology for Crossing Scouring Zone in Thin Coal Seam Working Face
In response to the complex geological conditions such as scouring zones during the backstoping process of the 31101 fully mechanized thin coal seam working face of Luning Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.,which have caused difficulties in backstoping and increased costs,this paper analyzed and summarized the current commonly used techniques and their applicable conditions for crossing the scouring zone in thin coal seam working faces,fully considered various key influencing factors of the selection technology for crossing scouring zone in thin coal seam working faces,scientifically and reasonably selected the combination method of loose blasting technology supplemented by coal mining machine cutting technology for crossing scouring zone,and selected the blasting hole layout of loose blasting technology and thin coal seam cutting equipment,providing technical guidance for crossing scouring zone in working faces.The practice proves that the combination of loose blasting and coal mining machine cutting technology not only enables the working face to smoothly pass through large-scale scouring zones,but also recovers more than 6×104 t of coal for the mine,achieving significant economic and social benefits.This has brought breakthrough guidance to the actual production of subsequent mines and also provided technical guidance for the same industry and similar mines.
