摘要

为提高新元煤矿 3502 综采工作面瓦斯抽采钻孔的封孔效果,通过数值模拟及钻屑法,确定其合理的封孔长度应在 15m左右;对封孔材料进行了优化,可大幅提高封孔效果.现场试验结果表明,水泥砂浆封孔质量较差,新型封孔材料15m及20m封孔长度下的瓦斯抽采效果基本一致,最终确定合理的封孔长度为 15 m.

Abstract

In order to improve the sealing effect of gas extraction drilling holes in 3502 fully-mechanized mining face of Xinyuan Coal Mine,a reasonable sealing length of about 15 m was determined through numerical simulation and drilling chip quantity method;and the sealing material has been optimized,which can significantly improve the sealing effect.The on-site test results indicated that the sealing quality of cement mortar was poor,and the gas extraction effect was basically the same under the sealing length of 15 m and 20 m with the new material.Finally,a reasonable pre drainage hole sealing length of 15 m was determined.
