摘要

针对官地矿M煤层瓦斯超限问题频发、生产效率不高、安全隐患大的问题,设计瓦斯综合治理方案.重点分析了本煤层瓦斯治理、邻近煤层瓦斯治理和采空区瓦斯治理的措施和方法,最后在官地矿M煤层进行工业性试验.试验结果表明,设计并实现的瓦斯综合治理方案可将该煤层上隅角瓦斯体积分数稳定于 0.22%,回风巷瓦斯体积分数稳定于0.17%,平均生产原煤由 1050 t/d提升至 1980 t/d,有效解决了该煤层瓦斯超限频发的问题,提升了生产效率,降低了安全隐患.

Abstract

In the view of the problems of frequent gas overrun,low production efficiency and big safety risks in M coal seam in Guandi Coal Mine,a comprehensive gas control scheme was designed.The measures and methods of gas control in the coal seam,adjacent coal seam and gob area were analyzed.Finally,the industrial test was carried out in M coal seam in Guandi Coal Mine.The test results show that the designed and realized comprehensive gas control scheme can stabilize the gas volume fraction in the upper corner of the coal seam at 0.22%,the gas volume fraction in the air return roadway at 0.17%,and the average production of raw coal increased from 1 050 t/d to 1 980 t/d,effectively solving the problem of frequent gas exceedance in the coal seam,improving production efficiency and reducing safety hazards.
