深孔预裂爆破切顶卸压在巷道围岩控制中的应用

回采工作面受多种应力叠加影响,导致超前支护段巷道变形严重,巷道内采取了多种支护方式,但依然变形,二次起底开帮后巷道继续变形,制约了回采工作面的推进.为切断本工作面三角区悬顶的应力传递和相邻工作面回采侧向支承压力叠加形成的高应力,弱化回采期间的剧烈矿压显现,研究了深孔预裂爆破切顶卸压技术,设计了深孔预裂爆破钻孔的布置和爆破工艺,评价了卸压切顶效果.深孔预裂爆破切顶卸压技术的应用达到了控制回采巷道围岩变形的目的,为类似工程提供了一定的参考.
Application of Roof Cutting and Pressure Relieving by Deep-hole Presplitting Blasting in Control of Roadway Surrounding Rock
The mining face is subjected to a variety of stress superposition,leading to serious deformation of the roadway in the advance support section.Although a variety of support methods were adopted in the roadway,the roadway still deformed,and the roadway continued to deform after the second bottom cut,restricting the advance of the mining face.In order to cut off the stress transfer in the upper level of the triangle area of the working face and form high stress by the superposition of the side abutment pressure in the adjacent working face,and weaken the violent ground pressure appearance during mining,the technology of roof cutting and pressure relieving by deep-hole presplitting blasting was studied,the layout of the holes and the blasting technology were designed,and the effect of roof cutting and pressure relieving was evaluated.The application of roof cutting and pressure relieving by deep-hole presplitting blasting has achieved the purpose of controlling the deformation of the surrounding rock of the mining roadway,which can provide certain reference for similar projects.
