摘要

煤矿充填开采技术与中国绿色矿山开采的发展方向相契合,可以有效控制地表沉陷、实现资源可持续利用以及提高矿山安全稳定性.通过对充填开采技术进行基础介绍和分类,分析了当前常见煤矿充填开采技术的原理,充填材料制备、输送等方面的特点.基于充填开采技术发展瓶颈以及国家政策,提出了充填开采技术未来的发展研究方向,即优化充填材料性质,扩大充填材料适用范围,并考虑充填材料结合CO2 推动碳封存的实现;优化充填材料输送能力,实现充填能力与采煤能力的一致,提高煤矿充填开采的工作效率;将充填开采技术与智能化、数字化技术结合,实现矿山实时智能监测,推动充填开采的安全有序进行;在保证采空区安全性的前提下,对采空区进行再利用,推动煤炭产业的可持续转型发展.

Abstract

The coal mine filling mining technology is in line with the development direction of green mining in China,which can effectively control surface subsidence,achieve sustainable resource utilization,and improve mine safety and stability.Through a basic introduction and classification of filling mining technology,and an analysis of the technical principles,preparation and transportation of filling materials,and other characteristics of common coal mine filling mining technology was carried out.Based on the development bottleneck of filling mining technology and national policies,the future development research direction of filling mining technology was proposed.The specific exhibition directions include optimizing the properties of filling materials,improving the applicability of filling materials,and considering the combination of filling materials with CO2 to promote carbon sequestration;optimizing the transportation capacity of filling materials,achieving consistency between filling and coal mining capabilities,and improving the efficiency of coal mine filling and mining work;integrating filling mining technology with intelligent and digital technology,using intelligence to achieve real-time monitoring of mines,and promoting the safe and orderly progress of filling mining;on the premise of ensuring the safety of goaf,carrying out the reuse of goaf to promote the sustainable transformation and development of the coal industry.
