摘要
探讨了基于多源传感融合的矿井辅助运输安全监控系统设计,旨在提高矿井辅助运输的安全性和效率.硬件方面,对控制器、红外传感器和声光报警器的设计进行了分析;软件方面,对矿井辅助运输装置的移动定位节点布设,以及布设完成后的轨迹特征筛选进行了分析,设计了矿井辅助运输安全监控异常识别模型,以实现基于多源传感融合的运输安全异常识别.系统测试结果表明该系统判定的辅助运输机器载重超限数据最为准确.
Abstract
The design of mine auxiliary transportation safety monitoring system based on multi-source sensor fusion was discussed,aiming at improving the safety and efficiency of mine auxiliary transportation.In terms of hardware,the design of controller,infrared sensor and acousto-optic alarm was analyzed;in the aspect of software,the layout of mobile positioning node of mine auxiliary transportation device and the track feature screening after the completion of the layout were analyzed.Finally,the anomaly recognition model of mine auxiliary transportation safety monitoring was designed to realize the anomaly recognition based on multi-source sensing fusion.The test results of the system showed that the load overload data determined by the system was the most accurate.
