发电厂330MW机组低低温省煤器节能研究

摘要
发电厂机组运行中往往会出现一定的能量损失,不利于节能目标的实现及经济效益的获取,急需采取有效的措施提升机组节能性能.低低温省煤器技术属于一项先进的节能技术手段,将其应用于发电厂机组中,能够有效降低发电厂锅炉排烟温度,避免出现较大的热量损失等问题,节能优势明显.基于此,简要分析了低低温省煤器连接方式,介绍了低低温省煤器动态分析模型及方法,对Xx发电厂 330 MW机组低低温省煤器节能情况进行了研究,以供参考.
Abstract
Power plant units often experience certain energy losses during operation,which is not conducive to achieving energy-saving goals and obtaining economic benefits.Effective measures are urgently needed to improve the energy-saving performance of the units.Low-low temperature economizer technology is an advanced energy-saving technology.When applied to power plant units,it can effectively reduce the exhaust temperature of power plant boilers,avoid significant heat loss and other problems,and has obvious energy-saving advantages.Based on this,this paper briefly analyzed the connection method of the low-low temperature economizer,introduced the dynamic analysis model and method of the low-low temperature economizer,and studied the energy-saving situation of the low-low temperature economizer in the 330 MW unit of Xx Power Plant for reference.
