摘要

根据煤矿矿井水高矿化度、高硬度的水质特点,项目设计采用烧碱-纯碱软化除硬、超滤、反渗透脱盐和电渗析深度处理的组合工艺进行处理.运行结果表明,该组合工艺矿井水的回收率达到 88% 以上,对原水总盐分去除率达到96.8% 以上,产水的TDS(Total Dissolved Solids,溶解性总固体)质量浓度在 500 mg/L以下,吨水处理总成本折合为36.22 元,产水各项指标均满足矿井用水、电厂用水、绿化用水水质标准,同时系统运行稳定、出水效果良好.

Abstract

According to the characteristics of high salinity and high hardness of the mine water,this project design adopted the combined process of caustic soda-soda ash softening and hard removal,ultrafiltration,reverse osmosis desalination and electrodialysis advanced treatment.The operation results show that the recovery rate of mine water is over 88%,the total salt removal rate is over 96.8%,the mass concentration of TDS(Total Dissolved Solid)of produced water is about 500 mg/L,and the total cost per ton of water treatment is equivalent to 36.22 yuan.All indicators of produced water meet the water quality standards of mine water,power plant water and greening water,and the system runs stably and has good effluent effect.
